Memorial Custom Order FAQ

How do I start a memorial custom order?

To begin, fill out the Memorial Custom Orders form on this page with as many details as you can. Once we review your request, we’ll follow up by email to confirm the design and next steps before we start creating your keepsake.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Most custom memorial keepsakes take about 4–8 weeks from the time we receive your items and confirm your design. If you have a specific date in mind (like a memorial service), please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Can I use multiple types of special items?

Yes. Many designs can include more than one type of item, such as dried flowers, a lock of hair, fabric, or other meaningful pieces. Share what you’d like to include in your form, and we’ll let you know what’s possible for your chosen keepsake.

What can I include in my memorial keepsake?

Common special items are dried flowers, a lock of hair, feathers, fabric, ashes (if applicable), or other small meaningful items. If you’re unsure whether something can be used, mention it in your form and we’ll guide you.
