At Love & Beyond Studio, each item is carefully created, prepared, and packaged with attention to detail. We want you to be happy with your purchase and encourage you to contact us promptly if you experience an issue with your order.

This Return & Refund Policy explains our policies regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, and custom or personalized orders.

Return Eligibility

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To request a return, you must contact Love & Beyond Studio within the 14-day return period. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Unlit and unburned, if the product contains a candle

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

  • Returned with its original packaging and included components

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or sufficient order information

Love & Beyond Studio reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund.

Items that show signs of use, burning, alteration, improper handling, or damage occurring after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or a return is otherwise required by applicable law:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized products

  • Products containing customer-selected names, dates, messages, or other personalization

  • Special-order products

  • Items altered at the customer's request

  • Used or burned candles

  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or handling

  • Items damaged by prolonged exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures after delivery

  • Gift cards, if applicable

Because many Love & Beyond Studio products are handmade, minor variations in color, flower placement, texture, ribbon placement, or overall arrangement may occur. Reasonable handmade variations are not considered defects.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Love & Beyond Studio using the contact information or contact form provided on our website.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Order number or other identifying order information

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

We will review your request and provide return instructions if the item is eligible.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Love & Beyond Studio, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error by Love & Beyond Studio.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

Love & Beyond Studio is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us when the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.

Returned Item Inspection

All returned items may be inspected upon receipt.

If the returned item meets the requirements of this Return & Refund Policy, the return will be approved and the applicable refund will be processed.

If an item is returned used, burned, altered, incomplete, or damaged due to customer handling, the return may be denied.

If a return is denied following inspection, we will contact the customer regarding the status of the returned item.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after a refund is issued for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Love & Beyond Studio does not control the processing times of banks or payment providers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Love & Beyond Studio within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of:

  • The affected product

  • The damaged or defective area

  • The shipping box or container

  • The internal packaging materials

  • The shipping label

Please keep the product and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

After reviewing the claim, Love & Beyond Studio may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different eligible product, please contact us regarding your return options.

Depending on product availability and the circumstances of the return, you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for the customer and are generally considered final sale.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.

Love & Beyond Studio is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect names, or other incorrect personalization information provided by the customer.

If Love & Beyond Studio makes an error when creating your personalized item, please contact us promptly so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to Love & Beyond Studio may be reviewed before any refund is issued.

Shipping charges and additional carrier fees associated with a refused or unclaimed package may be deducted from an applicable refund to the extent permitted by law.

Custom and personalized products returned as refused or unclaimed packages may remain non-refundable.

Late Return Requests

Return requests submitted after the 14-day return period may be denied.

We encourage customers to inspect their orders promptly and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production or preparation has started.

Because handmade, custom, and personalized products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be approved.

Once production has started, custom or personalized orders may not be cancelled.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Policy Changes

Love & Beyond Studio may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.

Changes will become effective when the updated policy is posted on our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when this policy was most recently revised.
