Terms & Conditions 

1. About Love & Beyond Studio

Love & Beyond Studio creates handmade and decorative products, including candle flower bouquets, floral-inspired arrangements, gifts, and related creations.

Because many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or individually arranged, slight variations in color, placement, size, texture, and appearance may occur.

These variations are a natural part of handmade products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
 

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products.

However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of our products.

Flowers, decorative materials, ribbons, containers, candles, and other components may occasionally vary based on availability.

When necessary, Love & Beyond Studio may substitute a component with a reasonably similar item of comparable style, quality, or value while maintaining the overall design and appearance of the product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
 

3. Candle Safety

Products containing candles, wax, or candle-related components must be used responsibly.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, decorations, flowers, ribbons, packaging, and other combustible materials.

Before lighting a candle included in an arrangement, the customer is responsible for reviewing all candle safety instructions and removing the candle from any decorative arrangement when necessary for safe use.

Love & Beyond Studio is not responsible for injuries, fires, property damage, or other losses resulting from misuse, improper burning, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of a product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
 

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Love & Beyond Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Product or material unavailability

• Inability to complete a custom order

• Website or technical errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order or item will be refunded to the original payment method.
 

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, messages, colors, and other personalization details before submitting an order.

Love & Beyond Studio is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, or other incorrect information provided by the customer.

Once production has started, custom or personalized orders may not be changed or cancelled.

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for the customer, they may be subject to separate return or refund restrictions as stated in our Return & Refund Policy and as permitted by applicable law.
 

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed charges will be presented during the checkout process when applicable.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
 

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Processing and delivery estimates are not the same. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order before shipment.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website or communicated to the customer.

Carrier transit times and estimated delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding shipping delays, incorrect addresses, damaged shipments, and missing packages.
 

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law.
 

9. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact Love & Beyond Studio within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping container, and shipping label so that we can review the issue.

Customers should retain the product and all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
 

10. Heat-Sensitive Products

Candles, wax, and certain decorative materials may be affected by extreme temperatures.

Customers are responsible for retrieving delivered packages promptly and properly storing products after delivery.

Products should not be left for extended periods in direct sunlight, hot vehicles, outdoor delivery areas, or other excessively hot environments.

Damage occurring after delivery as a result of improper storage, prolonged heat exposure, direct sunlight, or improper handling may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
 

11. Intellectual Property

All original website content, product photographs, logos, graphics, designs, branding, written content, and other original materials created by or for Love & Beyond Studio are owned by Love & Beyond Studio or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or use our original content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Nothing in this section is intended to restrict lawful consumer reviews, commentary, criticism, or other uses protected by applicable law.
 

12. Customer Reviews and Content

Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content.

By submitting content directly to Love & Beyond Studio for promotional use, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and grant Love & Beyond Studio permission to use the submitted content for reasonable business and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This provision does not prohibit or penalize honest customer reviews or criticism.
